InSysBio offers a specialized Data Annotation Service for researchers in the field of Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) modeling. The service provides curated biological data from scientific literature to support modeling, analysis, and data-driven decision-making
Clients can submit targeted requests related to diseases, tissues, cell types, and cytokines. InSysBio team searches scientific publications, extracts relevant data, and integrates the results into CYTOCON Database or fIVE Database in a standardized format ready for analysis.
Each request follows an approximately one-month workflow, starting with a feasibility assessment of the available literature. Depending on the scope of the request, the team can process up to 20 scientific articles per month, generating approximately 800 annotated concentration values for CYTOCON DB and 130 annotated parameters for fIVE DB.
All data curation is performed by a dedicated annotator and independently reviewed to ensure high-quality, consistent, and reliable datasets
