InSysBio, a pioneer in Quantitative Systems Pharmacology (QSP) modeling and simulation for drug development, today announced a release of updated version of Immune Response Template (IRT) online. The main update in new 2.1.0 version is myeloid-derived suppressor cells (MDSCs). Published human in vitro and in vivo data were analyzed to reconstruct monocytic MDSCs (Mo-MDSCs) and granulocytic MDSCs (Gr-MDSCs) life cycles, derive equations and identify parameters.

Immune Response Template (IRT) is online QSP platform of human immune system and a tool for development of custom QSP models related to immune response. Immune Response Template is an innovative tool allowing users to select all or any reactions and species from IRT Core Model, QSP model of immune response in humans, and download it. This year InSysBio CEO Oleg Demin and Head of IRT team Veronika Musatova are giving the course "Mathematical modeling in systems biology and biomedicine" at the Faculty of Bioengineering and Bioinformatics, Lomonosov Moscow State University.
