CYTOCON DB and CYTOCON DB Open are updated!
CYTOCON DB is a database of human baseline concentrations of cytokines and cells measured in different tissues. CYTOCON DB Open is a version of the database designed for public use. It has the same functionality as CYTOCON DB, however, it is updated once per year.
In 2021 CYTOCON DB Open was extended with new data: 135 diseases, 109 tissues, 125 molecules, 43 cells and 22305 concentrations were introduced. For this purpose 476 articles were reviewed.
As for CYTOCON DB, its latest version 1.3.8.22 contains approximately 35000 concentrations and 1000 articles were reviewed for these purpose!
Recent update result - in unit %__T-cells_;CD8+_Blood_COVID-19 - average concentration of CD8+ T-cells was changed from 207933 to 214081 kcells/L (averaged from 135 concentrations from articles annotated to the DB)
In unit %__T-cells_;CD4+_Blood_COVID-19 - average concentration of CD4+ T-cells was changed from 345548 to 353710 kcells/L (averaged from 166 concentrations from articles annotated to the DB)

ISBM Enclosed Conference was held
20-22 February 2017 the 10th ISBM Enclosed Conference was held. For ten years the employees annually have been meeting together to share their scientific results and talk over future plans. ISBM did a great job in this working year.

Institute for Systems Biology participates in American Society for Clinical Pharmacology and Therapeutics 2017 Meeting
Institute for Systems Biology Moscow – a company, providing modeling services for innovative drug design, announced participation in ASCPT 2017 Meeting, which is held on 15-18 March in Washington, DC. Not all therapies are effective: Institute for Systems Biology Moscow to present the results of the Alzheimer’s disease Systems Pharmacology Modeling
Moscow, Russia – March 28, 2017. On the 1st April, Tatyana Karelina, ISBM leading specialist in neurodegenerative field, will present a poster entitled "Amyloid toxicity and different mechanisms of action for amyloid-targeted treatments studied by quantitative systems pharmacology model" at the 13th International Conference on Alzheimer's and Parkinson's Diseases and Related Neurological Disorders to be held on March 29 - April 2, Vienna, Austria.
