InSysBio presents the major updates of Heta compiler. Heta compiler is a software tool for development of QSP modeling platforms. In fact, its core option is the compilation of Heta-based platforms.
Its functionality has been significantly elaborated and now Heta compiler has become even more useful and functional. The list of the introduced features:

  • units consistency checking in mathematical expressions is implemented
  • creation of several models in the framework of single QSP platform and an option to export them to different modeling tools is maintained
  • “events” system describing discrete changes in a dynamic model is modified
  • the new version of Heta compiler follows the Heta standard 0.4
